Dear Brethren,
This will be my fourth and final response in regards to Bro. Allen Sanchez. We truly feel for Bro. Sanchez and his sad situation. I am praying that God would help this poor man get his life straightened out. Whatever damage he has done to me, with his "relentless" attacks, is nothing compared to the spiritual problems he is now facing. We are not afraid of Sanchez because "Prov. 29:25, The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe". I truly feel bad for this man and pray for the mercy of God on his soul.
For purposes of clarification, and now that Bro. Sanchez is trying to blame me for being in Pensacola, all alone, “stuck in a crappy town where you don't know a single soul” (to quote his most recent email), let me go ahead and set the record straight. Here is his email to me dated 10/25/10. This was the very first time that I ever heard from this brother. In this email he states, “I am moving to pensacola in a week to be a part of Dr. Ruckman's ministry.” He already had his home in Pensacola rented before he ever contacted me! How then is his present state of affairs my fault?
In the email he also states, “I have serious money to finance this venture from the proceeds of the sale of my home and business.” On a number of occasions he mentioned to me the figure 100k and before he ever gave me a dime he mentioned once in an email that he was “down to 60k”. So if he spent 20k on donations to the Valera Bible Society and moving to Pensacola, where did the other 80k go? He is threatening to sue me for the 20k that it cost him to get to Pensacola. But he rented the house before he ever contacted me. What happened to all the money he said he had? $100,000 down the drain! And it is my fault he says.
The facts are: 1) He contacted me, 2) He offered to help “finance” our ministry, 3) He planned to move to Pensacola long before he knew of the Valera Bible Society, 4) He spent 92% of his money on things OTHER than the Valera Bible Society, according to his own words, 5) He got himself into trouble in 3 churches: Two in San Diego and one in Pensacola (he is not welcome at our church in Miami either), 6) He got himself kicked out of PBI, 100% without any help from Jeff McArdle, 7) He has slandered Vince Larue, Ron Sparks, Marco Perez, Peter Ruckman, Brian Donovan, Ron Forte, Joshua Stevenson, all of whom are 100% innocent, 8). He has tried to destroy the ministries of all of the above men, all because of a computer and $6,000. 9). He has dragged innocent victims into the fray who have no connection with Sanchez whatsoever, 10) He refuses to remove people from his email list who have asked kindly to do so and who have nothing to do with him.
Bro. Sanchez may not realize it, but in the state of Florida he is guilty of stalking. The statutes are clear: (d) "Cyberstalk" means to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, serving no legitimate purpose. (2) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
We have received an average of 3 emails a day for 3 weeks and he insists that his attacks will be “relentless”. His personal emails to me are disgusting and filled with threats. His personal voice mails to me are disgusting and cannot be quoted for the vulgarity. Our hope and prayer is that this brother will take his Lincoln Navigator and his Merecedes Benz sports car and his truck and his thousands of dollars of computer equipment and find a way, as a single man with no family, to travel the 2000 miles back to San Diego. In the mean time, we will fulfill whatever commitments we have with him and pray that God will have mercy upon him.
In Christ
McArdle
